Size Guide Studio ("the App") is a Shopify application that helps merchants create and display product size guides. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information we access

The App accesses the following, only to provide its functionality:

• Store information — your shop's domain and subscription status, used to configure the App and manage billing.
• Product data — product titles and descriptions, read from the Shopify Admin API so the App can extract and build size guides. The App requests the write_products scope for this purpose.
• Size guide configurations — the size charts and branding settings you create within the App.

Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect, store, or process any personal information about your customers (such as names, email addresses, or order data).

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the App's features — generating size guides, applying your branding, gating premium features, and displaying the size guide popup on your storefront. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Access is restricted and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, its access to your store is revoked immediately. In compliance with Shopify's requirements, all data associated with your store is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstallation. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

GDPR compliance

The App implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact). Because the App stores no customer personal data, customer data requests and redaction requests are acknowledged with no personal data to return or erase.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
